Larry Grover, music director for Victory 91.5 started off his broadcasting career in college as a rock and roll D. J.

After receiving his degree in business administration and speech, Larry was involved in the programming of several radio stations.
His broadcasting credits include the launching and part ownership of a Florida radio station.

After rededicating his life to the Lord in the early eighties, Larry discovered Christian radio while traveling. He discerned contemporary Christian music had the potential to impact lives in a way other ministries could not. This led to his eventual employment at WWEV.
