“What a mighty God we serve” are more than the words to a song. They are a testimony of our service and allegiance to our King. When I sit back and listen to all the political rhetoric being flung back and forth I get the feeling that many have lost sight of who is really in charge.
The candidates running for office are doing just that, running for office. The bottom line is, I will promise you anything except to keep my promises if you will “Elect Me.”
The promises found in God’s Word are promises kept without exception and without regard to gender, race, denomination or political persuasion. He desires that we serve Him and follow His teachings and direction with full confidence that He will keep His Word. When we ask God believing and within His Will, He promises to provide what we ask for.
During this election year vote
for the candidates that depend on God. Vote for the candidates
who are not ashamed to stand up and speak His name. Vote for candidates
who pray and read the Word and believe that God is the only answer
for this country and the world. When you vote for a candidate
that is following God you need not worry about the Party he serves
because the God he serves will lead him and show him what is right.
