The following are a few excerpts
from the many e-mails Victory 91.5 has received.
Thank you for your words
of encouragement!
To God be the Glory!
I wanted to encourage
you all and thank you for keeping Jesus the center of all the
songs you play on Victory 91.5! I live in Canton and love this
station because you truly are Christian! I never have to worry
about the lyrics or songs being off topic of Jesus and His love
and purpose in our lives. Many others claim to be Christian
stations and I believe they reach many with a feel good message
and entertain for the sake of entertainment and yet loose their
way somehow in the pursuit of the masses. I have to concern
myself with the DJs speech and conversations and even commercials
that are not holy or edifying at times. I never have to worry
with Victory though, you all truly glorify Christ thru each song
you select to play. I know the artists have other songs on their
albums that might not be as bold in their witness but you choose
not to play them, instead you focus on Jesus in each song and
I love that about you! I also love the fact you dont worry
how old a song is! I love hearing oldies like Mylon Le Fever
and Broken Heart and the Imperials! These songs from the 80s
changed my life for Christ and still bring back tears at times.
The mix of oldies and new artists like my FAVORITE Travis Cottrell
and Mandisa are something I can hear on 91.5 and very few other
stations. I say all this to say, THANK YOU for doing what you
do for Christ! Please, keep it up and dont change! Beverly
Your station and programming is an everlasting
encouragement and hope as I start my day. Especially
the prayer times. May GOD continue to bless your staff and listeners.
E.T.
WWEV, Thank you for
streaming your broadcasts online. It was a privilege to listen
to the radio station I grew up with on Easter Morning in New
York City, where I am a student. Thank you for your faithfulness
to Jesus and the blessing you've allowed Him to work through
you. Sincerely, Brekly - The King's College, New York City
Your station is very
much a part of my life (and my kids life). My four year old will
say "turn it to your station Mama". They love it too.
Thanks for all you and for what you represent!! Be Blessed, Alisa
God bless you and
everyone there! Been listening for almost 20 years now - thanks
for all you do. Cathy
Thank you for setting
up the listen live online. It is a big blessing to
me! I recently moved from Atlanta to Cleveland, Ohio and I found
that I really missed Victory 91.5. I used to always listen to
the station driving to and from work when I lived in Atlanta.
Im glad that Im able to listen online and enjoy the
wonderful music and be edified spiritually. Keep up the great
job! God bless you all! AlenaI love this
radio station, it has truly blessed my life and encouraged me
to stay the course! Sandra
I just wanted to
tell you how much I GREATLY ENJOY the FATIH-FILLED worship music
played this evening (like just now around 11:30 pm). It is SO
encouraging, and helps to break out of the wretched spiritual
"slumber." I know you have MANY other listeners, but
I vote to please play more like that! Thank you!!!
Thank you for being
the hands and feet of God. I can't imagine the world without
Victory 91.5. Thank you for your faithfulness. Only God knows
the depths of the rewards in your sacrifice to Him. God bless
you. Beverly
In 1993, I had never
heard of Christian Radio. A friend told me about WWEV, and I
began listening every day. Teaching from Larry Burkett helped
my husband and I get out of debt. The Christian Working Woman
strengthened my walk, and we even listened to Adventures in Odessey,
even though we didn't have kids at home. I pray that this small
donation will help one other person grow in their walk with Christ
as it has helped me. Priscilla
We really appreciate
all you do. I am so encouraged every time you read scripture.
It is read with such authority it gives me goose bumps! We love
how you don't fake around about being a good station. We love
that you stand up and say you are a Christian Station. We love
you! Kristy I have grown up listening to WWEV and I still
do now that I'm in college. I'm glad you guys are still around
and providing the great ministry you do (I like that you have
added "Grace to you" with John Macarthur. He is one
of my favorite author/speakers.) I want to say thank you for
being intentional in your ministry and not minimizing the "JPM's"
on the air, which is slang for "Jesus' per minute."
I've heard that some recording labels put restrictions on the
number of times an artist may say "Jesus" in a song
and that is shortened to "JPM's". I wanted to thank
you guys for your bold witness for the gospel and for NOT limiting
your "JPM's!" Thank you for being committed to proclaiming
the gospel through Christian music and Bible teaching. Keep it
up! God Bless! Jonathan
I recently discovered your station,
and my dial has stayed there ever since! Thanks. Sherri
The Lord has grown
me through listening to your station for 12+ years. The on air
prayer time, scripture reading and The Grace to You teaching
has been key. I am grateful that the Lord has allowed me to contribute
and I pray you will be able to stay on the air until Jesus returns!
Thank you, Kimberly
I listen to your station everyday.
It is a blessing to my life. Thank you for all your hard work!
Sherri
I just recently started
listening to 91.5 and enjoy it so much. I sleep with the radio
on that station and when I wake during the night I am always
reminded of how great our Lord and Savior is. I moved to Georgia
from New York ten years ago and one of the things I missed most
was "Family Radio" . So it was such a pleasure for
me when I accidentally find 91.5 which is quite similar to To
"Family Radio". Thank you, God Bless and keep the PRAISE
GOING. Betty
PRAISE-
Several months ago we wrote to you, asking for prayer for a husband
and wife who were without jobs. The LORD provided wonderfully
while there was no income; we would have never thought it was
possible, if we hadn't seen it firsthand. Not only are we now
both employed, but my husband has a job supporting occupational
ministry and I have job which provides wonderfully for our financial
needs. Thank you so much for your prayers, and for your ministry. It is profound healing one receives by listening
to the testimonies of truth in all your programming. Thank you
from one who is mending from the world of darkness. I have a
joy in my step because He lives in me and because His Word and
His Truths have always captivated my heart. Thank you for Dr.
Rutland's programming today, and all of your insightful programs
every day. I am a 5:00 am - 10:00 pm /7 days a week listener
as an at-home-mom, so you refresh this thirsty child of God throughout
my day and my children as well. We hurry our evenings so we can
sit by the radio and listen to Adventures in Odyssey series so
as we don't miss a word. My mom gets a kick out of knowing we
enjoy cuddling up to the radio, as she grew up without a television
and was accustomed to being entertained by the radio throughout
her days and reminisces back to a show "Fibber and Maggee"
(spelling ?), so she absolutely is tickled to hear her grandchildren
receiving sound biblical teaching via children's stories on the
radio. I must also express a warm extension of gratitude to your
wonderful on-air staff and behind the scenes staff. You certainly
have a team of servants established to build up the Kingdom of
God. Praise, Praise - Cathie Our family moved to the North Alpharetta area
11 years ago this month. There have always been a variety of
other radio channels, but WWEV is the only one which lifts up
the Lord with conviction and sincerity. As my husband says, "radio
is the only media source around we can control." I cant
tell you how many hours out two children have spent listening
to Adventures in Odessy while riding in the car. Thank you for
your ministry. We pray that your station and audience continues
to grow. Gloria & Sam
Hello to Everyone
there,
My family, (me, husband and three small children) really enjoy
your radio programming. It is truly a ministry to this area and
we support you in prayer and financially as we are able. God
bless you for all that you do. Your radio station brings such
blessings and peace to my heart and my family as we listen you
the music, programs and most especially the announcers. Each
one has such a voice of sincerity as they speak over the airwaves.
They sound like they really care about us, the listeners, as
they speak. They do not come across as shallow, but with each
one, we can hear the love of and for Jesus and a depth of relationship
with the Savior. Thank you for all you do to keep your station
going. You are a GREAT blessing to this family and others we
know as well. God bless you greatly with all that you need. In
His love, Gail and Lamar and children
Just want to thank
you for the encouragement you bring everyday to my family. We
enjoy your radio station through out the day, and look forward
to ending our day around your nightly teaching programs, starting
at 7:00 with Adventures in Odyssey (our 8 year old daughter counts
down the time!). She goes to bed at 7:30 and my wife and I then
enjoy the next hour or two getting fed from the various programs.
We found this nightly schedule of yours about a year and a half
ago, and have not watched nightly TV since. What a better way
to invest our time!! I tell as many people as I can how much
you learn and how applicable the teachings are. Please don't
ever change it; it is such relief to the typical nightly waste
of time watching television.
Thanks again for such good programming; it is being used to make
a difference! Eric Hi from Germany,
I remember listening to your station
in the early 80's when you had just started. It was my favorite
then. Now that I have Broadband here in Germany I'll try listening
more. I really like what I hear again. I've been living here
for 16 years with my German wife and now with 4 daughters. I'll
be listening online and hope to get my daughters listening as
well. Bless you for your work. In Jesus' Name, Tom C.
Hi WWEV,
Thank you so much for the Dr. Rutland book. We are enjoying it
very much. We want to say THANK YOU most of all for having such
a wonderful and uplifting radio station. When we are listening
to your radio announcers on the air, it feels like listening
to close family members. Each one of your announcers sounds so
sincere and full of God's love for all of us out there listening.
It truly warms my husband's and my hearts as well as my three
small children. It is hard to find a voice in this cold world
that we live in that can really stir up feelings of trust and
peace. Thank you for being that voice!! We love you all and will
continue to support your station with love offerings as the Lord
provides. And He is always faithful in that. God bless, Lamar
and Gail I just wanted to say that I have been
enjoying the music you have been playing lately. When I first
started listening to Christian music in high school in 1987,
I loved 91.5. I have loved hearing the old songs that you are
mixing with the new. Thanks for all that you do. God Bless, Brad
- Marietta, GA
Thanks be to our
Father and Savior, Jesus Christ for blessing us all with this
radio station. You see, I know this is not your average, run
of the mill radio station. The Spirit of God breaks every yoke
of bondage, brings joy full of Glory, hope that is never ashamed,
and Grace to cover all who call upon The Name of The LORD! Thank
you all for the work being done there to Shine The Light in a
dark world. My prayers are for you all continually. Again, Happy
Anniversary and I look forward every day to see what The Lord
will do as I listen, rejoice, praise, and pray with all the others
that share in this endeavor. Grace and Peace to you all in our
Lord Jesus Christ! Linda
Hi 91.5
I listened to your station for about 3 to 4 years while living
in Oakwood GA. I have been blessed and have given to the station
a couple of time. However, I am realizing the extent of the blessing
of 91.5 now that I live in Honduras. Through the web, I continue
to listen to you. Well just wanted to send out a big thanks and
Praise the Lord for WWEV from Honduras! Crissy
Hi, my name is Shauna.
My family and I have been listening to this station for a few
years now and we have been in abundantly blessed from it. I am
14 and my brother is 12 and we listen to the entire focus on
the family program starting with Adventures in Odessy. Even my
parents like Adventures in Odessy. Mom gets a kick out of Ugene
singing. Any way, not just Focus on the Family ministers to us
but also, the staff. Every time I call in a prayer request or
something like that, yall always have good, happy spirits when
you answer the phone and it blesses me to hear happieness at
6 in the morning. I also like having someone to pray with as
I get ready for school. Well I just wanted to say thank you.
WWEV is a very blessed ministry and I love all of yall alot THANKS!!!!
Your Sister In Christ, Shauna Good Morning !!!!
Just wanted to say "Thanks" for helping to make my
day great..... It helps me get through my day so much, listening
to the variety of items that you offer !!!! Thanks again for
staying on the right path, it's so hard to find good Christian
guidance on the air waves these days. Vance, Cumming GA
Dear WWEV: I have
recently been looking for a new Christian Radio station to listen
to. I have listened to WAFS AM 920 ( an affiliate of the Moody
Bible Network) for the past 12 years. That station is in the
process of being bought out. I was devastated that I would be
losing all of my programs and radio personalities that have been
a spiritual blessing to me for the past decade. I started looking
for a new radio station to listen to this week, and I need to
look no further. Victory 91.5 is my new station. You have a lot
of the same preachers on during the day that I enjoyed with Moody,
and some ones that they didn't have that I really enjoy (Dr.
Rutland). I am an adult but I love Odyssey, which was a program
carried on 920 too. I consider your station an answer to my prayers.
I have been praying to God to guide me to a new Christian station
that would be a source of spirtitual inspiration to me. He has
answered my prayers with WWEV, and in FM too! I look forward
to helping your ministry with both my prayers and financial support.
In Christ, Andy - DunwoodyI just wanted to thank
you for making WWEV available to listen to over the internet.
Prior to that, I was unable to get a signal in our office so
that I could listen at work. Recently my computer was upgraded
so that I have speakers and now I can listen all day long! It's
WONDERFUL! Thank you!! Debbi
I recently changed
to 91.5 from a couple of other Christian stations because you
play much more praise and worship in general and great revival
music like Lindell Cooley in particular. Thanks also for Mark
Rutland. He really brings it (and so does Victory 91.5!). Farrell
WWEV is such a blessing
to me. In 1998 when I got "turned on" to your station
it became the only sanity I had when making the commute from
Winder to Spaghetti Junction every weekday. I am blessed not
to have to make that commute anymore but you are the station
I have tuned in when I am in my car and there are times when
I have "church" going down the road. Thank you so much!
Right now I can only give my prayers as support but you do have
them. Jennifer
My family are long
time listeners of WWEV. I have not been able to listen as much
a I would like due to reception issues in my car. However, I
am now unemployed so I listen via the web. Just a great blessing
to be able to listen regularly now!! I appreciate that WWEV does
not compromise their beliefs in order to play the most popular
music. Just a great testimony!! God Bless, Tony
Thank you for all
you do! I love this radio station for many reasons especially
for the music that lifts me up, reminds me to praise God and
how blessed I really am! Christina , Buford
I just wanted to
take a moment to let you know that after 10+ years, I still listen
and enjoy WWEV Christian Radio. I like the top of the hour news
briefs, the 'nuggets' from Christian 'ministers' throughout the
day, Prime time teaching, and the contemporary music throughout
the day. Daily prayer and Good News scripture is such an encouragement
and so often is just what I needed for that day (God's appointments).
I try to listen to Dr. Rutland whenever I am in the car at the
12:30 hour during the weekdays. Keep up the great ministry! Brenda
You guys are such a blessing!! Thanks
for your labor in Christ!! John, Lawrenceville
Thank you for years of uplifting
programs. I especially enjoy Mark Rutland, all of Focus on the
Family, and the prayer time. Laurie, Canton
This radio station
has been a great source of encouragement and blessing in my life
- keep up the good work!!! Karen, Woodstock
WWEV is a blessing
to me and my music ministry! It"s the only radio station
I listen to in my car and on my computer at work. PLEASE keep
up the wonderful programming and music! Mary - Lawrenceville
Hello My name is
Chis and I live in Edmonon Alberta Canada. We are listening to
your WWEV 'Victory' radio Station via internet. Congratulations
on playing such an awesome and extensive library of songs. Have
a great day! God bless ChrisWhat a BLESSING your
radio station is! I used to listen to another station when I
listened to the radio, but mostly I listened to my CDs in the
car and at work. Recently, we got new computers at work and I
no longer have CD Rom but listen to you guys online, and now
in my car as well. I LOVE the scriptures, the prayer time and
Mark Rutland and mostly, I LOVE the selection of music that you
guys play! I don't want to compare, but I like some of the less
main stream stuff.... Thanks so much for your ministry!Loralie
Jasper, GA
May God continue to bless this ministry!
Thank you for seeking His purpose in what you do. David, Loganville
We just wanted to
thank all of you for all you have done for us in the past. We
are looking forward to the exciting things God has in store for
the future for all of us. We enjoy the music, the prayer time,
and the teaching. Have a blessed New Year! Roger and Karen I
would like to tell you that this station has been a blessing
to me over my past four years as a Christian. Sometimes I have
tuned in late at night when I lie sleepless to calm my worries
or fears. I understand that the Christian stations are not here
for competition, but WWEV stands out to me. The Bible readings,
prayer times, and teaching programs are always encouraging. WWEV
appears to me more serious than the other stations from the music
that it plays to its programming. Thank you again for your encouraging
radio station. God bless your ministry, Bennett
I just wanted to
take a moment and thank you for all the great work that you do!
I really enjoy listening in the mornings. I drive from Cumming
to the airport area each day and make a point of tuning in to
your morning prayer time. It's a great way to start a typically
long day. You're a pleasure to listen to and a real blessing
to all who tune... I just wanted to voice my appreciation and
let you know it does make a difference. With the love of Christ,
thanks! Dean
I was listening to
your radio station this morning and thought that just like a
song that you were playing 'You are constant', your radio station
has remained 'constant'. I have been listening to your radio
station since I moved to the area (around 1994). I appreciate
that you do not bombard the listener with commercials and in
particular ads that do not glorify God. Thank you for trusting
in our Heavenly Father to keep you on the air. Thank you for
trusting Him to provide for you by touching the hearts of underwriters
and listeners to support you financially. Thank you for playing
only God centered music and giving listeners a place where we
can go and put our minds on things above. Thank you for staying
true to your calling and not following after trends that the
world sets. May God continue to bless you and use you mightily
as you seek to serve and be sensitive to Him. May He open the
windows of Heaven and pour you out a blessing that you can not
contain! With Gratitude, Kimberly
I would like to also
express my gratitude for your ministry. Listening to your station
has been such a support and comfort to me. I am lifted up when
down, refreshed and energized when exhausted with fatigue, encouraged
when
dealing with disappointments in life. Through out the day the
programs offer words of life, love and ways to key into the POWER
of God when we so often get distracted and unfocused. Bless you
and all that you do!Ruth
Dear Brothers and Sisters, I love
to listen to WWEV while I'm getting dressed and on my way to
work. Thank you for helping me to get my day started with praise
to the Lord. I especially appreciate prayer time. You are such
a blessing. Your ministry has helped me to get through some very
rough times. May God richly bless each one of you! God is Good
All the Time! Jessica To
all at Victory 91.5, Many thanks for the Programs and Christian
music that you play. It helps me a lot, I love listing to you,
I Love the on-air Prayer.... GOD BLESS, My Prayers And Thoughts
To All Daily From Alexander - Melbourne, AustraliaI
am a consistent listener of Victory 91.5. Having recently moved
here from Texas and leaving my radio station behind I was in
a dire search to find another Christian radio station that I
would fall in love with. I have really enjoyed your station over
the past year. year. I was reading on your website that you really
search for quality songs by selecting songs for it's message
content first not wanting any of the messages to be perceived
as 'grey'. I completely respect and honor your stand on this.
Sincerely,Ashley
I just wanted to
let you know how much I love this station. I tune-in for the
uniqueness of prayer that is offered and the wonderful ministries
that are broadcast. Today I just found out I can listen online
at work. You guys are a blessing and I wish you the best. Thanks,
BethI support your station on a monthly basis
and just want to say your doing an awesome Job for the Lord.
I love on- air prayer time, call to worship, and Mark Rutland.
I have to hear you first thing in the A.M. It helps finish off
My Quiet time with the Lord each morning. May God Richly Bless
each and everyone at 91.5 for your sacrifice of Love for the
Ministry and the spreading of the Gospel. Jeff
Dear 91.5, I have
been blessed through your ministry through music and unbiased
news reporting and commend you on the great work that you have
done and are doing daily for our God. Serving with you for Christ,
Boyd Hello, I love Your radio station, I listen all
day long 7 days a week. May God bless you all.
The primary reason I am donating
to this radio station is because you air Dr. Mark Rutland and
Dr. Charles Stanley daily. I enjoy their sermons immensely. Please
continue the good service you provide to the metro-Atlanta area.
Thanks, Jay
WWEV: Thank you so
so much! Thank you for your station!! It has blessed my relationship
with the Lord...I love your call to worship...I love mark Rutland...(would
love to hear more of him than once a day!) thank you, thank you,
thank you for your service to our community! May God bless you
even more! JV
I have been listening
to your station for about two years now and it is my absolute
favorite! One of the reasons I enjoy it so much is because of
all the scripture, bible teaching, and on air prayer time....
In His love, Julie
Hi everyone, I just
wanted to say that all of you at Victory 91.5 are doing a great
job and I always keep the staff at WWEV in my prayers God bless
and take care love your friend, MikeThere is real
need for your broadcast where you provide sincerely, teachings,
on air prayers, acceptance of prayer requests, outreach to the
youth, etc. I will continue to support ( both financially and
with prayer) and listen to your station and broadcasts. So PLEASE
keep up the excellent programming and broadcasts!! Thanks, Steve
Thanks for the Praise
and Worship songs this morning. Great way to start off the day.
Rebecca
Hello, I wanted to
let you all know that my husband and I always listen to you.
We think you do a great job. You have everything- Christian rock
on Saturday night, worship songs, preachers, you say Bible verses,
and much more. We think that is the way a Christian radio station
should always be. I know all of the radio stations always try
to compete, its bad to know a Christian one is. But you guys
don't and I praise the Lord for you. Sheree
I just wanted to
say thank you for all the differences between you and other "Christian"
radio stations. Because of where I live, I occasionally have
to listen to other radio stations when I move beyond the range
of Victory 1.5....and while I am still listening to Christian
Music, I miss all the wonderful things about Victory 91.5 . I
miss the wonderful praises I hear from the DJs. I miss the prayer
time. I miss the daily Bible verses....most of all, I miss knowing
that no-matter-what, I won't hear something inappropriate (which
I occasionally do on other "Christian" radio stations).
I head "to town" on 2 different highways, and I know
exactly the point where I can start to pick up your station again...
At that point, I **ALWAYS** switch my radio back to 91.5 (the
first button on my dial!) Thank you for the blessing you have
been in my family's life for these last 5 years. You have touched
our lives in so many ways. Susan WWEV, I have
been wanting to let you know what a blessing you have been in
the last several years. Through this station and your dedicated
DJ's has gotten me and my family through some tough times . Someone
either plays the right song or prays at the right time.I wanted
to let you know about an answer to prayer that came through the
radio during the Starlight Crusade. They were interviewing "Anointed"
and I was listening to them tell about their music and life and
you could here the passion for the lord in their voices and I
remember thinking "They really know what they are singing
about and why" I don't even know which lady said it but
I had been praying for an answer about a child care business
I ma trying to get started and she said " Wait no matter
what it is you are praying for wait whether it is a day care
business you are trying to start or whatever!!" I was driving
down the road and I almost had to pull over it was like God was
coming out of the radio talking to me .I was praising the lord
and telling everyone the rest of the evening. God works in mysterious
ways.
God Bless You All keep up the Blessed Work!! Terri
Dear brothers and
sisters in Christ, I just want to take a moment to thank God
for you and the ministry that you have on the air in Atlanta.
I remember when I first started listening several years ago.
Christian radio- wow what a difference it made in my life. I
spent a lot of my day in my truck driving from place to place
to meet clients and supervise crews. I just want to thank you
for the work you are doing and for staying true to Christ in
your programing. Please don't yield to the pressure and become
like some other stations on the radio dial-Christian lite.
We love you guys, and pray God will bless you beyond all of our
of our hopes.
Karl and Suzie
Hey guys, I appreciate
every thing you all are doing everyday. Your ministry has been
so uplifting and helpful. I love to hear Dr. Mark Rutland every
day and I wish you could extend his on air time! I have told
my family and friends about it, and they are being blessed immensely!
Thank you so much! Misty
Hi y'all! I am so
glad I found you on 'the Net.' I had been a devoted listener
while I lived in Atlanta [was there 11 years]... and miss my
daily dose of Victory 91.5! I have also been a supporter and
station contest winner.... a few years back! Last year was an
intense year for so many on a personal level, for our nation
and for the world. I have seen God working in so many lives recently...
and especially since Sept 11! Praise God! I am actually 'listening'
to the station right now via my PC! Cool, huh! Take care and
many blessings as you continue to touch lives in the Atlanta
area... I am sending a donation today!
Blessings, ...Diane
Hey, I wanted to
let you know I love your show. I wish it was on week nights also.
But I was writing because I want to be a PPW. Thanks. RyanThanks,
Just a note to thank you for all you do in helping kids getting
through all the junk that's thrown at them. Your prayer letter
seems to keep kids connected through these times of high anxiety
and uncertainty. M Anderson
Thank you for the
praise songs and all the encouraging Bible verses since the tragic
events of Tuesday. Each time I have turned on a radio the songs
and verses have reminded me that God is in control and everything
will be ok.
Thank you, Lori
As I listen to you
on the web, I cannot express to all of you at WWEV how much your
ministry means to me. You have been a pure blessing from Adventures
in Odyssey. to your blessed music. As a Christian single parent,
I truly thank you for the direction you always lead me and my
13 year old daughter. We actively attend 1st Baptist of Woodstock,
both my daughter and I know and love the Lord. Thanks again for
a wonderful ministry.
A Brother in Christ, Marc
Thank you for all
you do for so many. I've been wanting to let you know what a
blessing you are in my life. I've been listening to WWEV for
approximately 15 yrs., and have enjoyed every minute! Your music
keeps me centered, and so often I feel God talking to me through
the music. More times than I can remember, I've been struggling
with a certain issue, and I turn on the radio to hear a song
playing that gives me hope and strength. In addition, I really
respect the DJ's. It is obvious they are faith filled. Just last
week, I had just pulled into my garage at 6:30 pm, and one of
the DJ's was beginning his prayer time. It was very moving, and
helped me feel a wonderful connection with God. Thank you again,
for your presence! Nancy
I just wanted to
drop you all a line to tell you how much my wife and I appreciated
your station while camping in the mountains. We stayed at Vogel
State camp, and while surfing the dial, I came upon your station.
Needless to say, we both loved it, and it blessed us while we
enjoyed God's beauty. You all do a great job, and you truly are
a blessing in these troubled times. We both thank you, and look
forward to tuning in again while we are in
Atlanta at the end of the month. Thanks again, your brother in
Christ, Butch and Saida
Thank you so much!
Everything you do so is wonderful! I'm grateful to God for your
ministry and how it uplifts me constantly. God Bless Sharon
My name is Kevin,
I lived in the northern Atlanta metro from '87 to '95. I cannot
begin to tell you what a blessing and vital role your station
played in my life at that time. I know the word "blessing"
is so overused in many of today's Christian circles, however
I cannot overstate that fact. I was on real jukebox and found
your station on line and it brought back a flood of memories.
Thanks again, really, and God Bless. Corially, Kevin I
can listen to ya'll live on the internet!!! We left Atlanta nearly
10 years ago with our heart and many friends still there. 91.5
was the only station that we listened to and we were faithful
monthly supporters. Here in the San Francisco area, we don't
have much Christian music to compare with your programming. Finding
this was an ABSOLUTE blessing!!! I feel connected to home. May
God continue to bless your ongoing ministry. William Hello:
I wanted to let you know that I am a recent new listener and
enjoy your station very much. The DJs are terrific and I especially
love hearing Mark Rutland, David Cooper and Mary Welchel. I recently
discovered God and Jesus in my life and your radio station deserves
some of the credit. Now, it is the only station I listen to when
I am in my truck driving to and from work. It is like a lifeline,
a beacon of strength in these Godless surroundings we live in.
I tell everyone I know about you and encourage them to listen
also. Thank you for being there and keep up the great work! As
soon as I am able, I will contribute financially to your ministry
as a way of thanking you for all you've done for me. Thanks again!
Tom Dear Friends, I praise God for WWEV
and I lift you up to Him in Jesus Name. Thank you and God bless.
Carolyn
I wanted to let you
know that God has answered our prayers & my husband did find
a job & begins work on the 29th. I wanted to publicly praise
God for answering our prayers. I also wanted to thank you for
praying with us in our time of need. May God bless you and your
radio station. Thank you. Nancy
Hello, I love listening
to your station. I really love the music you play and the ministry
you do. I hope that WWEV 91.5 will continue putting the Good
News into this world, for many years to come.
AubreyI just wanted to let you know that I love
the music and the different programs you air. Adventures in Odyssey
always seems to touch my heart! I also wanted to let the you
know that the prayer time is extremely special to me! I don't
know how others feel, I'm glad that you have prayer time on the
air! It touches my heart and also lets me know that there are
others out there with needs or problems that may be worse than
mine. It makes me realize everyday that I should always thank
God for the things that I have! My radio station never changes
in my vehicle or at work.... My son turned 6 today and I'm thankful
that God has allowed me to wake up every morning for the past
6 years and check on him and thank God for him before I do anything
else in the morning. My son's favorite song is "Can't keep
a Good Man Down!" Thanks for the wonderful work that you
do! As for me and my house, We will serve the Lord! Christy HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!! I listen
to ya'll all the time. I've been in the Atlanta area 6 yrs. and
have been listening since I got here..Thank you for all the programs,
prayer time, and the wonderful music... Bless you all and "HIS"
ministry...We're claiming another 19 yrs. In HIS Love-Wendell
I listen to you everyday
from 12:25 till 1:10. I look forward to the 2nd on air prayer
time everyday. This radio station alone has been such an inspiration
to me in time of trouble. I just want to say thank you
so much! Keep up the good work! Your brother in Christ, Paul
Brother/Sister in Christ, I wanted to let this
opportunity to thank the Lord for your radio station. It has
been a great blessing to me. The Lord ministered to me through
your station when I was in the hospital for a week. I enjoy the
praise and worship at the half hour. I pray that the Lord would
continue to provide for your vision because you are a tremendous
blessing to me and my family. God bless you...I
became a supporter of Victory 91.5 on your last pledge drive.
I received the lovely slim line bible, which is highly functional
(size as well as the Word!). I just want to tell you that I leave
the radio running most of the time and I don't miss the television
at all. I also want to tell you that my 18 month old daughter
dances to your music. What a blessing you all have been to me...
I let your station keep me focused rather than rant and rave
while I'm stuck in traffic. God bless you all, EddieI
just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much this station
means to me. I moved here a year ago from VERY far away and this
station has made the adjustment much easier for me. Thank you
so much for you inspiring words in the morning, and music throughout
the day. Your station is addictive and I love it!! It really
makes a difference in my life. Thank you!
Crystal Hello! I have just got to tell you guys
how much you bless me!! The revised Listen Live is great!! It
picks up so much better with no breaks - THANKS for all you have
done and are doing!!!
In His precious and AWESOME love - Brooke
Thank you so much
for being there. I listen all the time. Even though I don't always
listen to each word, I know that my soul hears and feeds on the
word. I have listened to commercial Christian station. Even though
you hear the same songs, the commercials kind of break the spell.
So I know how necessary it is that you stay there! BethYou
have been an inspiration to me for many years, I've been sending
monthly donations for many of them. I pray for the station, workers,
and ministry often. Thanks for being there. I enjoy the newsletter.
Gussie Just wanted to say thank you so much for
your ministry it touches my heart daily. I am so thankful to
have such a wonderful Christian radio station to listen to.
In His Name I just wanted to write to you to let
you know how much I enjoy the station and the new blessings I
receive each day! I love the "Good News" for the day
and the helpful segments re: finances, family, etc...
This is just a little note of thanks to you folks and to Jesus
for a station that is available for me and North Georgia...your
web site is great, too...I can listen @ work!!!
Brooke I do a good bit of traveling and I can
not seem to find any Christian station that has as much feeling
and direct involvement as WWEV. I have been listen to WWEV sense
I became saved by the grace of God, I have a hard time listening
to any other type of music. When I am home in Lawrenceville I
record hours and hours of WWEV on Mini Disc so I can stay in
tune when I travel. As I mentioned I can't find another station
that has as much meaning and pleasure to listen to as WWEV. All
of you are doing an incredible work of keeping Christians in
tune with the Lord and his messages.
Thanks ... Charles Hello, Just a note of thanks for the morning pray
time that I am able to catch on my way to work. I really enjoy
your music and LOVE Adventures in Odyssey even though I am an
adult. Keep up the good work and God bless, JeniferLove
the Station! I've been listening to 91.5 for about 5 years now.
I love all the programs. My favorites are Dr. Mark Rutland, Charles
Stanley, and David Cooper. I listen to Dr. Rutland while eating
lunch and Dr. Stanley and David Cooper at night before bed. Thank
you for being there in a world where Godly entertainment is so
hard to find. Paul WWEV Staff, Just wanted to
let you know I love your station, everything about it, from AM
to PM programs, especially "Adventures in Odyssey".
KEEP ON UPLIFTING GOD, AND THE GOOD WORK THAT YOU ARE DOING.
THANKS. Therese'
Keep up the good work folks! I love
you all. Still listening. Paul I have only been
listening to Christian music since about 1994 and I don't know
a lot of the real old stuff.... I'm amazed at how much old stuff
WWEV plays on its regular play list. Keep up the great work.
Doug Hello!!
I listen to your radio station all the time, and first of all
I want to thank you all for all your hard work... I love you
guys!! You really make my driving time a lot of fun. Thanks again
for your awesome ministry!!! God bless you guys!! Yours in Christ,
Joanne I was in Buford this past weekend for a
short visit & family wedding. It was so refreshing to hear
current contemporary Christian music on the radio. I lived in
GA for several years, but got married and moved back to Baltimore
8 years ago. One of the things I have missed the most is this
station. There is absolutely no comparison in the Baltimore/Washington
area as far as music selection. Keep up the good work. I can
now listen on-line. This is great!! Aleta Just
a note to let you know that many of us are out here listening
and praying "for the kingdom". Thanks to all of you
for bringing God's presence into our lives, whether in the car,
work, or home.... making God real to us and a presence to us
all - not just those alone, ill, sick or struggling with the
stresses and hurts of life. I remember one day when I was lonely
and stressed ... listening as the announcer said, "Remember
Jesus is with you wherever you are, and you are not alone. You
are never alone because the Holy Spirit is with you..."
Thanks so much. Please consider adding more prayer times... maybe
like Daniel?? Janet
God Bless you all! Keep up the GREAT work! :)Hello,
I would like to take the time to say thank you. About a month
ago my wife left me. As I was driving down the road, I saw a
car with a bumper sticker for Victory 91.5. So I turned the radio
to the station. I loved what I heard and it made me realize that
I had been putting everything before God. Before the car drove
away I saw the plate was from one of the northern state. It was
then that it became clear that the Lord was working. I had not
always been the best at doing what God wants. But because of
your help I have found the path that I need to be on. I don't
know what will become of me and my wife.... But you have made
me realize that the Lord will do what He knows is the right thing...
I have put it in His hands. Thank you once again... A new listener,
Todd Just a note to say "thank you".
I listen daily and encouraged so much by your announcers and
the music, just to name a couple of things. I think that you
are all doing a wonderful job and I am so glad to be able to
have your station as an addition to my walk with Christ. Thanks
so much.Just wanted to let you all know how much
I enjoy your great radio station. I have been listening regularly
now for about a year. The concert calender is a super addition
as well. I like the 12:30 spot with Dr. Rutledge. Keep up the
great work. P.S. My 2 kid age 8 and 10 also love the music as
well. Lynn
Dear Worker's in
the Field, Thank you for plowing the field of the
airways and planting the seed of Christ. I wake up to your ministry
every morning and find that it puts me in a good frame of mind
from the get go. Thank you for helping me praise the Lord as
I open my eyes to a new glorious day. Thank you again for serving
to Lord in such a powerful way. You music, programs, lessons
and prayers reach the souls of many in need, including myself.
It is so refreshing to hear moral and uplifting conversations
between your announcers. Your Christian approach to modern technology
is a statement that God is a modern God and not just a God of
the ages. May God Bless You And All That You Do In His Name,
Patsy I enjoy this station so much and am so glad
to have found it. What a blessing to be able to listen to music
with lyrics pleasing to God and yet still upbeat and contemporary.
I live in Athens, GA and reception is sketchy at times, best
in the car! I hope someday you will be able to boost your signal
in this direction in some way. I think it would be such a good
thing for UGA students to know that Christian music doesn"t
have to put you to sleep! LauraMy son, Ross, and
I were driving in the car Wednesday and listening to Spring Share-a-thon.
It was time for one of the on-air prayer times and Ross ask me
what that man was doing. I told him he was praying - talking
to Jesus. He put his hands together and closed his eyes to pray
along. Ross is only 2 ½ years old. We are members of Concord
Baptist Church - Forsyth County. I'm so thankful for your station
and the message of Jesus it shares with our community. God Bless,
Deidre I just wanted to write you guys an E-MAIL
and tell you what a blessing you are to todays' Christian. We
face different battles than Jesus did but in a sense they are
the same.I guess what I am trying to say is people like your
crew there and the volunteers there are what give lots of people
hope and courage to witness to as many people we can. I am an
Explosives Engineer in the construction business and I am around
construction workers all day and they don't have the best reputation
and rightfully so. So I spend as much free time ministering to
them. Sometimes I am received well and sometimes not. Regardless
I just want to thank you for your outreach, it is an inspiration.
P.S.Your station in Cumming is BEAUTIFUL!! In HIS Service, PhilipThanks
for being on the radio and playing gospel music. I really enjoy
listening to you station every chance I get. Thanks again. TammyFor
a long time I've wanted to send you this "Thank You"
note, I am finally getting to it. I started listening last year
on my way into work, usually around 6:00 am. You introduced me
to music that I'd never heard before, much less imagined even
existed. Since then I am a faithful listener to WWEV and a convert
to contemporary Christian music. I have since added about 28
Christian artists to my collection, from Cheri Keaggy to FFH
to Avalon and more. I also have Crosswalk.com and TleM Christian
music source bookmarked for more music info. I really appreciate
the work you and your station do to bring God's Word into our
lives. I often recommend 91.5 to my friends. Maybe someday the
secular world will realize that their way doesn't really work.Thank
you again, In Christ's name, Joe I volunteered
for the share-a-thon for the first time this year & I just
wanted to let you know what a great feeling it was talking to
the people who love your station and helping you continue your
ministry.
I hope to be able to help you many times in the future. keep
up the great work of God !!! Gary M.I do a good
bit of traveling and I can not seem to find any Christian station
that has as much feeling and direct involvement as WWEV. I have
been listening to WWEV since I became saved by the grace of God
and have a hard time listening to any other type of music. When
I am home in Lawrenceville I record hours and hours of WWEV on
Mini Disc so I can stay in tune when I travel. As I mentioned
I can't find another station that has as much meaning and is
a pleasure to listen to as WWEV. All of you are doing an incredible
work of keeping Christians in tune with the Lord and his messages.
Thanks ... CharlesWe moved out of the Atlanta
area in September and I would like to thank you WWEV for introducing
me to Christian music. The Lord used you to help me come into
a closer relationship to Him. We have found a Christian radio
station here but it is not quite like WWEV. Thanks again,
Norma GaleJust wanting to let you know, what a
blessing you are to my family. My wife, daughter and I love all
the great music we hear on 91.5. The prayer time is so touching
and heart felt, it really makes my day... WWEV helps me keep
my heart full with Jesus each morning on my drive into work and
allows me to have a great day with the Lord.... God bless y'all,
Charles Thanks for all you do for us out here
trying to make it in the world. Your ministry has helped me in
so many ways. If my radio moves from 91.5, my day doesn't quite
go the same. You make a tremendous impact on lives around you.
Even my six year old son gets into the music and sings the songs
with me. I thank God for people like you who are out there making
a difference! Amy
Greetings my Friends,
BOY HAVE I MISSED YOUR STATION!!
I was on the internet and found your website. I used to
live in the Norcross area and was a daily listener until 1997
when I moved up north to live with my parents. I miss WWEV and
all the great Christian music. I think you all have the best
format of all the Christian stations I've ever heard. The good
news is I found your website and when I'm at home I can listen
to the best Christian station in the country. Up here there are
very few Christian radio stations. Oh I forgot to tell you, I
live in the Trenton, NJ area. I'm about 35 miles north of Philadelphia
and about 70 miles south of New York City. I have one good Christian
station up here they are WAWZ. They are Ok but they do not specialize
in all day music like you do. I really miss you all. Wish I could
get a station up here like yours. I am a big fan of praise and
worship music. Now that I found you on the net I can listen to
you all again from up here in the throws of Yankee land or the
Trenton, NJ area on the web. GOD bless the good work your doing.
Your Friend, Roger I just wanted to say a quick
thank you to all the staff at WWEV. The week after Christmas
my family drove to N.Y. to visit family. We were able to find
Christian music until Delaware. For the whole 6 days in N.Y.
we searched daily for a Christian station. We tried AM as well
as FM and I am not kidding when I tell you there was not one
Christian station anywhere on the dial!! I felt starved to death!!
Your ministry has blessed me for the 5 and ½ years since
I have accepted Christ as my Saviour. I wake up each morning
to the 6:15 am prayer time and continue listening while I get
ready for work, as well as on my drive to and from work. I really
did not realize what a blessing WWEV was to me, and my family,
until we had to do without it. Praise God for you all and the
blessing you are to the Body of Christ in the metro Atlanta area!!
Your In Christ, JeanneI moved from Atlanta last
year and have so missed my favorite radio station, WWEV. I am
living in Atlantic Beach, Fl. and there has been very little
to offer in Christian radio that has a contemporary nature. I
was surfing and hoping to find you and am so very thrilled at
finding you on line. I have loaded you to my Juke Box and will
listen to you daily. Thank you again, Kam Thank
you so very much. My truck radio never moves from 91.5 unless
I am out of range. I really enjoy Mt. Paran Central on Sunday
morning. I'm on my way to Canton Methodist at that time Sunday
A.M. and the praise singing gets me ready for the day. Thanks
again. H. C. I've listened to WWEV for at least
14 years. Thank you for continuing to meet the needs of those
of us who enjoy "popular-style" music, but really don't
care for the content on most stations. It is comforting that
I don't have to worry that my son (3 ½ years old) will
hear something he doesn't need to ....The programming gets better
and better every year! Thank you!!! Celita Dear
WWEV Family, I have listened to WWEV since the beginning. I have
grown up here in Atlanta and remember the first Christian radio
station that played contemporary music in the Atlanta area, Love
86 AM. When WWEV came on the air dedicated to playing mostly
CCM and limited teaching programs, I was very excited. I have
listened to the station ever since. My Children now are growing
up listening to WWEV and my 10 year old daughter loves our Lord
and the music on WWEV. You have been a blessing to me and my
family. . . MichaelI praise God for you! I especially
like to listen to the prayer times. We all have friends and loved
ones who are sick, need jobs, have marital problems, etc., so
when you mention a person, I pray for that person and then all
the people God brings to my mind that are facing similar circumstances.
It's hard sometimes to remember
to take time to pray so I am thankful for your on air prayer
times. They remind me of folks that need God's touch and remind
me that as a child of God, I have a responsibility to lift them
up to Him in prayer. Thanks for all you do.... CherylI
live in Cumming and work in the Decatur area. I listen to you
online between the hours of am & 2:30 pm and on the radio
all other times. This station is a real blessing to me and my
son. We listen in the car and sing a lot of songs together. I
also like the Prime Time Teaching hours.
I pray that God will bless each one of you and your radio station
as you do God's work. Thank You!! JenniferI love
your station. I have been listening for a little under 2 years.
The inspiring music not only makes my drive time less stressful,
it has also changed my whole outlook on life. Thank you for being
on the air, changing my life and constantly reminding me that
God loves me. TeresaI just wanted to tell you
how much I "LOVE" Victory 91.5. I have a 3 ½
year old boy and a 5 year old daughter and every day we pass
your new facility and my daughter says "there's the radio
station Mom, turn it up!" .... Your music is so wonderful,
upbeat, emotionally gratifying, etc., that I can't help
myself, EVERY TIME, I turn my radio on I am in the presence of
God. Your radio station is our family's addiction. Thank you
guys again. I feel when you have a desire to grow in the Lord
you should try to involve God in all that you do, including your
music.
Your site is AWESOME!
I love your page and programs. You're beside me all day long
and you inspire me richly. God has blessed you greatly. KarenHi
there, Thank you for a wonderful station to listen to. I moved
here from South Africa, and I am amazed at the quality of Christian
programming on your station. Thank you so much, and God bless!
StephenDear WWEV, Today is the first time I've
been able to hear your station in France! I used to live in Roswell
and have so missed the Christian message while I'm doing housework.
Thank you for letting me hear you so far away! Sincerely, Madeleine
We are very pleased to be associated with WWEV
as an underwriter. We find the station gives us strength in our
day. DeborahDear Victory 91.5, Thank you for letting
me be a part of fall share-a-thon 99 phone volunteers. I enjoyed
meeting you all. I like all the music you play. My favorite artists
are Crystal Lewis, Michael W. Smith and Steven Curtis Chapman.
I also enjoy all the classics you play Sincerely, Mike.
My family has moved back to Michigan where my
husband and I grew up and our parents are still here. We have
2 stations that are OK however they don't come close to the great
programming WWEV has... No on air prayer times,no good news of
the day, one station has no teaching programs at all, DJ's that
don't talk between songs about God and how He's working in their
lives. It just "ain't" the same. It is nice that we
can now hear y'all through the computer. Judy Hey,
I am Jason and I am a High School Student in the 11th grade.
I listen to 91.5 and to the prayers at 6:10 am and 8:25 pm. They
touch my soul. I also enjoy Dr. Stanley.Dear WWEV
staff, I just have to say what a blessing your station
is to my family. It is the only station all five of us listen
to (from age 11 to 40). I especially like being able to listen
over the web on my PC while at work. God bless your ministry
and each one of you that has a part in sharing God's Word through
scripture, song and message. Thank you, Bryan Thank
you for having such a wonderful station that lifts up my heart
and my soul when ever I need to heard that I am loved. I started
listening to your station about 3 months ago and enjoy everything
that I hear on your station. I just want to say a prayer for
all of the wonderful people that make this station happen and
to let them know that everyone that listens to them are touched
by God and Jesus. Keep up the wonderful work!! Thank you and
many prayers, ElysianWWEV- I just wanted to encourage
others to give to 91.5 during the share-a-thon. It takes all
of us giving to make it work not just a few or a small majority.
91.5 is a true light that impacts North Georgia in a mighty way
for the kingdom of our Lord. I urge you, no matter how big or
small the gift, the money is being used for the advancement of
the kingdom. You can call anytime, even if you missed the share-a-thon.
Thank you 91.5 for taking a bold stand for our Lord Jesus Christ.
- StaceyI just wanted to drop you a note to tell
you that my whole family loves listening to your station. I especially
enjoy all of the teaching programs. I have an 8 year old daughter
who listens to the Adventures In Odyssey show. Her only complaint,
however, is that you don't play enough Carman to suit her! I
don't have any complaints. Keep up the wonderful work in His
name! . . .Love and Blessings, Kimberly Thank
you so much for the broadcast! I love all your programs, but
especially Adventures in Odyssey and Focus on the Family! Keep
up the good work! GOD BLESS!!! Alena What a blessing
it is to listen to your radio station every time I get in my
car! What more of a blessing it is to here my three-year old
Grant chant, "Rock Solid -Victory 91.5 -what's coming up
next "The Cartoon Song" it's incredible! Listening
keeps me focused on what I should during the day. I know I can
listen to your station with both my children (3 and 6 years old)
and not worry about what ya'll are going to say next! They now
recognize scripture ya'll quote that we have taught them or they
have learned in Sunday/Bible School. It's so awesome! Thanks
for all you do-and keep up the good work! (and that Cartoon song!)
Missi
Dear WWEV, I am 15 years old and
a big fan of Victory 91.5. I am closer to God now than I ever
have been and you are a big part of that! I thank you for a radio
station that lifts up God. The way I look at music is that if
it doesn't lift up the King of Kings than I don't need to listen
to it. I love everything... the music, ... also a fan of 'In
Touch' with Dr.Charles Stanley. I pray that I fall more and more
in love with Jesus and impact my world for Him. Thank you again!
Keep up the good work, AW I recently moved into
the Dunwoody Area. I know I am not supposed to substitute you
with a church, but, because of my 7 day work week I am not able
to make it in to church. Your programming and positive music
have been able to uplift me when I've been down. ...I thank GOD
you are there for me in my time of need. And very soon I will
find a church I can attend and serve GOD through. It is thanks
to you that I am able to keep in prayer, and I am reminded that
it is because of GOD's amazing grace and our Lord Jesus Christ
that I am here today. Keep up your good work, because there are
people like me out here, and we need a station like yours. May
you always be blessed. You will always be in my prayers. Sincerely,
Raul
Hello, first let
me say I love your radio station. You get me through those long
commutes between Cumming and Midtown Atlanta every morning and
afternoon . . . The family and I just love the station. Keep
up the great work. Clint I absolutely love WWEV.
It was there when I was saved five years ago, and it's still
there for me-lifting my days and leading me in my daily walk
with God. Thanks! again for being the God-spot on my radio dial!
Beverly I've listened to your station since I
was 13 and I love it. I have been blessed by you especially the
prayer time and by the In Touch Ministries God bless, Jason
I enjoy listening to your station
every day. Thank you for being so faithful to the Lord with your
work over the air waves, you are all a true blessing to everyone
Thank you Yours in Christ, Kathryn
Just a short note
to say how thankful I am for your station. Its truly a blessing
in the middle of a great battle. Keep it up. And, I'm grateful
that your rely on contributions instead of out right commercials.
EdI love your web site - it is so colorful and
informative. May I take this opportunity to say thank you for
all the wonderful music, messages and programs you send our way.
WWEV has been a blessing many times over. During some very difficult
times, it has carried me and my daughter through, especially
during her conversion to Christianity. The times she was unable
to reach me for one reason or another with a question, or for
advice The Lord would speak to her through you I know you have
heard it before but God surely does work through you all. God
Bless each and every one of you. Carol
Just wanted you all to know what
a great station you have! I've been listening for a few years
and love what I hear! Thank you!Dear friends at
WWEV, We're writing from Destin, FL to thank you for being such
a great station to listen to when we were vacationing at Unicoi
State Park near Helen last week! We had your station on in our
camper all the time - and in our car! We especially liked the
praise time at the bottom of each hour and the continuous music.
WE also thought it was neat that the businesses that support
you gave Bible verses in their "ads" or invited people
to their home church. We found the church we went to on Sunday
through your radio - Browns Bridge AOG in Gainesville. Thanks
so much for blanketing the airwaves with Jesus! May He bless
and protect you richly! Paul and Susan
I live here in Atlanta and have
enjoyed your station ever since I moved here and support your
station as well. But, I want to say a BIG THANK YOU for having
the capability to listen to your station on line now. You see
my girlfriend lives over 5,000 miles away in Buenos Aires, Argentina
and she can now share all the wonderful things I have been telling
her about your ministry. So now she and I can share the same
beautiful music, teachings, and ministries together even though
for now we are so far away. Kenneth
I just wanted to let you know how
much your radio station means to me. I am a single mother of
a six year old daughter. Although my circumstances aren't ideal,
and there is no earthly father to head my family - I DO have
Jesus Christ. He is real to me through people like you, who bring
his ministry
alive. My daughter and I listen to no other radio station but
Victory 91.5. We get sad when we are out of your range, but we
do have a few mixes of praise and worship music in such circumstance.
Anyway, thanks a bunch for all your hard work. Keep up the good
work! AlexandraHello-I just wanted to tell you
how much I appreciate the ministry of WWEV-my wife & I both
love the music and the many quality programs that you provide
your listeners. You provide a light that is so needed in radio
today, considering most of the alternatives that are out there-we
PRAISE GOD for you, and you can trust that you will remain in
our prayers...Joseph & Jane
I finally came to your website and
I want you to know I love your radio stations programming!! The
different messages, the prayer time, Adventures in odyssey, and
most all of the music! Keep up the blessings on the radio waves!
I know what station God is listening to!! Cliff
I'm a new listener (as of about
2 weeks ago). As such, I am not very familiar with the artists
you play. I only listen in the car (can't get the station to
come in well at work), so I also can't write down the underwriter
information that I would find useful. After finding your site,
I discovered it had everything I was looking for - how refreshing!
It had the underwriters list, as well as the play list and other
helpful info. Thanks for all that you do in supporting His kingdom!
TavieI'm visiting town on business and just wanted
to let you know how much I've enjoyed listening to the station.
I love the upbeat rockin' contemporary Christian music, scripture
of the day, and times of praise. The music has encouraged me
and challenged me to seize the day for Christ, and truly live
it in VICTORY! THANKS, In Christ's Name, BOB
I just wanted to let you know how
much I enjoy listening to you in the mornings. I've been listening
to WWEV for about 3 1/2 years. If I'm down or depressed, it really
helps me to listen to WWEV, especially you in the morning. The
spirit of the Lord shines through you to help me. When my alarm
goes off in the morning, I usually hit my snooze a few times.
About the 3rd time it goes off, you are praying--I do not hit
my snooze again until you are finished . . . AlisaI
think WWEV is such a great station. My whole family loves to
listen! You all have a great ministry and often I hear a song
at a special particular time that you all are playing and I'd
know I was as if God was talking just to me!!! Thanks. Faithful
listener, Sandra Greetings to those at WWEV, I
really enjoyed your Web site. You have a lot of excellent information
for believers. JohnGreat looking Web page. We
listen to WWEV much of the time. The children love hearing Adventures
in Odyssey at 7 and the older ones often listen to Focus on the
Family at 7:30. Thank you, Kevin
Thank you for being there for me
every day of the week. If it wasn't for you I would forget who
I am. I thank our Lord for the station. Sincerely, Edgardo Greetings,
My Parents and I are constant listeners to your station. We enjoy
the selection of music and rejoice in the fact that there are
people out there to serve Christ through the air waves. BillYesterday,
I called in to make a pledge. Now, I would like to take this
opportunity to share with you what the radio station means to
me. I started listening to Christian radio for several reasons.
First, when I listened to other types of music, I would find
myself singing along with a catchy tune, even though I did not
agree with the lyrics. I would even wake up in the morning with
one of those songs 'playing in my head' -- not a good way to
start the day! So when I stumbled upon 91.5, and heard Rebecca
Saint James singing "Go, and sin no more," I cried
and thanked God. Over the last couple of years, there have been
so many answers revealed to me through the music. I really enjoyed
it when you added the Praise and Worship songs (I would try to
schedule errands at the bottom of the hour!). I am so thankful
for that. I thank you for allowing God to shine through your
station! Holly My wife and I would like everyone
at the station to know how much we enjoyed your programming.
While on a visit to my relatives in Blairsville, GA we stumbled
onto your station and keep the dial there for the duration of
the visit. My wife in particular appreciated the praise breaks
at the bottom of the hour. I liked the style of the music played.
We also thought it was a nice touch to have churches promoted
by your commercial sponsors. We live in the northwest in the
Seattle area and there is a Christian station, KCMS 105.3, and
it is nice but it seems to have followed the "Seattle music"
crowd in terms of artistic style they play. I don't doubt that
it is by design to reach out to those who haven't heard the Gospel
of Jesus, but to those who have made a commitment it doesn't
always hit the spot. Your station was refreshing and I'm glad
to be able to receive it via the internet. Carry on in Christ,
DougI just wanted to take a few moments and thank
all of you for putting such a great effort in producing a Godly
and family oriented radio station. In today's world it is so
hard to raise small children with Christian values with all the
trash coming over the air waves. My wife and I can walk away
and leave our boys listening to your station without fear of
what they will hear. Our children like to listen to Adventures
in Odyssey and I listen to your station during my two and half
hour commute to and from work each day. Again thank you so much
and our prayers will include each of you. D
